We at Linens-More strive to give you, our customers, an outstanding selection of products at unbelievable prices. We have thousands of items in many different categories. We are constantly adding new products, new styles, new colors and so much more. If you are unable to find what you are looking for let us know! We are always open to new ideas, or may have what you need but don't have it up yet. With over 30 years of experience, we should be able to answer your toughest questions. We will always go that extra mile just for you.

Ordering

Please make sure to include your telephone number on all orders. This will allow us to contact you with any questions or possible problems that may arise. It will also ensure the courier is able to contact you regarding directions if necessary. Your email will be used solely for communication regarding your order unless you opt for receiving our newsletter. Your information will never be given, traded, or sold to anyone at anytime who is not directly involved with your order.

Swatches

We have fabric swatches available for many of our items. If you are interested in swatches please contact us to order free of charge.

Some items we are unable to provide swatches for are our quilts, blankets & throws, down products, and our designer crib and juvenile bedding.

Fabric Colors

While we ensure the color swatches on our site are the best representation of the actual fabric color, the colors you actually see depend on your computer and monitor resolution. This means you may see the color in a different shade than what it actually may be. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call or email us. And as mentioned previously we do have many swatches available so you can see and touch the fabric for yourself.

Each roll of fabric can take the dye differently. So, when ordering multiple pieces or sets it is best to order exactly what you want because reordering later from a different roll of fabric may result in a slight hue difference.

Order Processing Times

We take pride in the products we sell, our outstanding service, and our phenomenal prices. In order to keep our prices low and our service high, we maintain low overhead costs. This allows us to pass the savings on to you.

One way we do this is by having our manufacturers' ship directly to you. Also, most of our products are custom made just for you! This means only after your order is placed is the fabric cut and sewn into its masterpiece.

We hold our manufacturers to the highest standards. We want you to receive our fantastic products at the best prices and as quickly as possible. Most of our orders ship within 14 days. If we know a particular item will certainly take longer to create and ship, you will have that information prior to completing the checkout process.

Shipping times may be lengthier around holidays. If you are unsure your order will arrive by the time you would like to receive it, please contact us prior to completing your purchase. Expedited shipping is available in most cases upon request. Plus some of our manufacturers offer Hot Rush orders which are guaranteed out the door in 3 days. However, please keep in mind your items are custom made and we may not be able to accommodate in every situation. Please note all sales are final.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be made no later than 48 hours after the original order time. Most requests made within this time frame will be honored. If the fabric being used to fulfill your order has already been cut, or your order has already shipped, we will not be able to honor your request. We apologize for not accepting any cancellations made after the 48 hour time frame.

Order Corrections

Order correction requests may be made no later than 48 hours after the original order time. Most requests made within this time frame will be honored. If the fabric being used to fulfill your order has been cut, or if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to accommodate your request. Please review your order and order confirmation carefully. When in doubt, don't guess, we are here, available for you, and we have the knowledge to answer your toughest questions. If by some chance we are baffled, you can be confident that we will use all of our resources to find the answer. We apologize for the need to not accept order correction requests made after the 48 hour time frame.

Order Mishaps

On rare occasion, you, our valued customer, may receive an item you believe to be defective. We need to be notified immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we may advise you to discard the item or make arrangements with you to return it for inspection. Every situation is different and we will advise accordingly for each case. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization #, they will be refused & returned to you at your expense, so be sure & call 888-260-2628.

The above does not apply to damages caused by the courier during transit. Please refer to our Shipping Mishaps policy for these claims.

We are only human and on rare occasions an honest error may occur while filling your order. If, for example, we mistakenly send you a different size or color than what you selected please inform us at once [within 24 hours of receiving your order]. We will be more than happy to correct our mistake at no charge and apologize in advance.

The above does not apply to customer errors made while ordering.

Shipping Mishaps

Please check all orders for errors before submitting and re-check upon receipt of your order confirmation as well. The shipping industry frowns heavily on any errors contained within a shipping address. If they must take the time to fix an address they charge us $5.00 for correcting the mistake ,which if incurred will be passed on to you. This may be avoided by immediately notifying us of any corrections needed so we may correct prior to shipping.

If for any reason an order is returned to us or one of our manufacturers without authorization (ex. the courier deemed it undeliverable) you will be charged for both shipments said return fee and once more upon re-shipment to you.

If you receive an order that has been damaged while in transit and is the error of the courier you must file a claim with that company. While we are usually able to duplicate an order, you will be charged all fees again and will need to request reimbursement for original order from the courier.
